firm bed street noise
The bed was firmer than I prefered. It was not the most comfortable for sleeping, though the room itself was lovely. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise at times. I found it a little distracting, particularly early in the morning. The noise made it difficult to fully relax at times. I wish there was better isolation.

friendly staff helpful staff luxurious rooms spacious rooms
the staff was amazingly friendly AND really helpful. they answered all questions. the facilities included A lovely breakfast area and a beautiful pool. the rooms were luxurious AND spacious.
the rough road outside made a little noise. this made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly at times, BUT it wasn't THAT bad.

we found the location excellent. the staff provided late check-out without any hesitation. the room was clean and quite spacious..

helpful staff cozy place train station
The staff were helpful. They were pretty good. I really appreciated that assistance. The hotel provided a cozy place amidst a very lively city. I walked easily from the train station, that is a testament to its proximity.
The road outside was a bit rough. It could cause some minor sleep disturbance.

convenient location attentive staff breakfast choice rough road uncomfortable bed dirty pool
the location is REALLY convenient for getting around! public transport is right there and lots of restaurants are close by too. the breakfast buffet had an excellent choice and the staff were really attentive! the room was also comfortable.
The road outside was a bit rough so sleeping wasn't the easiest! it was like sleeping on an ironing board, not super comfortable. also, the pool looked pretty vile. It was dirty and freezing cold!
